Create a Festive feel with Christmas On Hold Music
We have 2 New Festive On-hold music options which have now been added to our current selection.
With Britain braced for a white Christmas, why not add to the festive mood by entertaining your on-hold callers
with either our all new ‘Traditional’ or ‘Sung by the stars’ Christmas Carols. You can
still choose our always joyful, standard Christmas hold music too. If you're lucky you may even catch a few
of your callers singing along when you pick up the call.
To really give your callers that personal touch, you could even customise your introduction to wish them a very
merry Christmas too.
To change your on-hold music, just log in, click on the queue number you want to change, scroll down to
‘Music on hold’ and choose from the drop down.
Please remember to change your music back in the New Year as Christmas carols in August can be quite confusing.

We used to send all of our alerts from support@switchboard-support.co.uk. This email address will
now only be used for support issues.
We've changed the originator or sender of these emails so you are best placed to manage and
organise the email alerts we send to you. Please make sure that you ad both of these email
addresses to your contact or sae sender list to ensure you don't lose any of our correspondents
to your span folder.
